Reservation Request Form

The Leitner Family Observatory & Planetarium (LFOP) is available for reservation for events hosted by Yale University departments. Events must fit around our on-going educational and outreach activities. To obtain details about reserving LFOP for a Yale University department event, please complete the following form.
Please indicate your preferred date on the calendar. You may list alternative dates in the comment box below.
We will automatically add 1-hour of setup and 1-hour of cleanup to your event time, so please only put the actual time of your event.

Please note building capacities: Lecture hall capacity is 80 people seated at tables, or 100 people for a cocktail party (with chairs pushed to the edge of the room). The planetarium theater capacity is 49 people seated.
