Yale graduate student, Xinyi Chen, will be giving a talk called “Dark Energy in a Nutshell” at 7:30-8:00pm on Tuesday, May 2nd, in the classroom at the Leitner Family Observatory and Planetarium. The talk relates to the new planetarium show starting next week called “5000 Eyes: Mapping the Universe with DESI”. The Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) is designed to map the universe and measure the effects of dark energy.

Note: Reservations are required for the planetarium shows, and shows are currently sold out for the semester.
